International Shipping Information
Delivery to countries and territories outside of those with Amazon web stores is possible, however we urge you to read the specific delivery terms and limitations for the Amazon marketplace from which you are purchasing.

Order placement and processing can be tracked within your “My Account” area on the Amazon Web Store. The delivery lead times stated upon purchase will dictate the handling time for each product in you basket. If the product is Prime Eligible (available on Amazon Prime Delivery) this will be clearly stated. If not, the specific handling times related to an item will be stated at time of checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns and refunds are handled through the Amazon marketplace on which the item or items were purchased.
Therefore if you are trying to return an item, please go to your Amazon account, locate your order and request a refund.
